Second Opinions
Drs. Brown and Engebretsen suggest to their patients that they consider second opinions regarding treatment plan recommendations for surgery. We want our patients to feel confident and secure in their decisions for treatment, and their decisions to have Treasure Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery provide their care. As Surgical procedures become more involved, particularly dental implant procedures, they can also become more expensive. Patients should feel confident in their choice of providers, considering their investments of time and finances in their overall health.
Conversely, we offer second opinions to patients who have seen other providers and who may not feel confident in the treatment recommendations they have received. This is particularly relevant regarding some of the more extensive implant procedures, such as “Teeth in a Day”. “Teeth in an Hour”, etc. Patients may need advice as to the many treatment options and approaches available for their particular case. Drs. Brown and Engebretsen will take the time needed to review your case, answer your questions, offer possible treatment alternatives, and help you feel confident and secure in your decisions.
